I’m a Chief of Staff and strategic operator who helps CEOs and executive teams turn ambitious priorities into execution.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across growth-stage companies, technology, consulting, market research, real estate, and large-scale operations. The common thread has been stepping into complex environments, creating clarity, and building the structure and accountability needed to move important work forward.

Today, I partner directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams on the work that often sits between functions or doesn’t have an obvious owner. That includes strategic initiatives, executive operating rhythms, annual and quarterly priorities, KPI accountability, board and investor preparation, M&A and integration, organizational design, hiring and onboarding, and cross-functional execution.

I’m particularly effective when the problem is ambiguous. I enjoy quickly understanding what matters, bringing together the right people and information, creating a path forward, and staying close enough to execution to make sure the outcome actually happens.

My background also gives me a broad operating lens. I’ve led teams and multi-location operations, owned P&L responsibilities, built and improved business processes, supported go-to-market initiatives, implemented automation, and identified more than $150K in annual cost savings. That experience allows me to move comfortably between strategy and execution—and understand how decisions made at the executive level translate into the day-to-day operation of a business.

I’m at my best in high-growth environments where priorities move quickly, leaders value thoughtful challenge and strong judgment, and the Chief of Staff is expected to be more than a coordinator: a trusted partner who increases the effectiveness of the leadership team and the organization around it.
